We want you to love your Buck & Boots collar. Standard, unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Custom and personalized items are final sale. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations may occur and are part of each collar’s character. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
Are any purchases final sale?
If we are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
